Marketing ourselves and our clients

Over our 30+ years, marketing methods have changed. There are intelligent property portals, drone footage, 3D renders of properties and more social channels than you would ever need.

But clients demand only a few things from their property professional:

  • To sell or let their property as quickly as possible and for the best price.
  • For this to be achieved with an honest and transparent process.

The key in achieving these demands is great communication, which has to start at the initial market appraisal. We believe it’s important to work with our clients to set the right value on their property so we can achieve their aims and timings. An agent should never be concerned about explaining a valuation to prospective clients, especially when confident about the market. We will never knowingly over value.

Unfortunately, we still see Estate Agents over valuing either through lack of experience or (more cynically) to simply gain the instruction and work the price after. It’s telling that it’s always the usual suspects.

Once instructed the real work begins. It’s important that our team get to know the pros and cons of the property; why the client is selling or letting; and the timescale in which this needs to be achieved. The more information you can provide, the better we can meet your expectations.

In the old days we took our own photos, attached them with glue onto the details and posted them out. How simple life was!

Now, we prepare professional photographs, floor plans and video tours and launch on the web via tech tools such as Brief Your Market. We create campaigns on social media platforms, list on property portals and invest in digital advertising. Our reach today is vast.

In summary

Our difference isn’t about brand or marketing. It’s the team. Their knowledge, motivation and hunger for success is what sets us apart from all our competitors.

All of our team have either their ARLA or NAEA accreditation from Propertymark or are studying towards these exams. Having this qualification is important and an essential development requirement for all our staff. It builds knowledge and also makes us accountable.

In recent years there have been more than enough challenges to contend with. The last thing you need is the added pressure of managing your estate agent.  You need a proactive, motivated and knowledgeable professional handling what is likely to be your biggest asset.

You need a team of people that care as much about that asset as you do. We’re here to do exactly that.

Noble Estates. Traditional methods, modern approach.
