Our 1 Year Anniversary
Today marks one year since we rebranded to Noble Estates, and what a fantastic year it has been!
Our long-awaited search for an office on Northcote Road finally ended when we secured 120 Northcote in May and opened in early June 24.
We have made significant strides in our journey, expanding our team by adding Ruby Brady and Holly Goble. Ruby, a Senior Sales Consultant with a decade of property experience, has joined us after 8.5 years at Rampton Baseley. Holly, our new Digital Marketing and Sponsorship Lead, brings her 3-year experience from Rakuten to our team.
We are proud to have sponsored several local schools, including Belleville, Honeywell, Eaton House, Macaulay, Bolingbroke and Thomas’s. Additionally, we are thrilled to support St Paul’s Opera with their magnificent production of Die Fledermaus.
In June, we appointed Jay Baldwin as a Brand Ambassador. Jay served as a Sergeant in the Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment with multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Jay is available for talks.
We have listed many impressive properties for sale and rental, achieving strong prices across the board and a few at record prices!
We have continued our success selling probate properties. We sold a great site off Lavender Hill, which will be developed into stylish one and two-bedroom cottages in Q2 2025. You can reserve your cottage in late Q4 2024.
