Areas We Cover:
Balham

A leading Balham (SW12) Estate Agent

Selling property in Balham since 1990

Since our founder climbed a tree to access a first-floor flat on Oakmead Road after the owner had locked herself out, we have consistently sought ways to approach sales or lets that are effective yet different from other estate agents. Fortunately, on this occasion, he secured the instruction.

Popular and Trendy Balham

Balham has evolved since we first started selling in the 1990s and is now one of the most desirable places to live. It’s a youthful and lively area.

Not only do you have the “Waitrose Effect” where studies show that property values increase if you are within walking distance, but also Little House (Soho House), raising the profile and appeal of this area.

There is a growing café and social society with favourites such as  the popular Milk for a brunch, The Umi and Gurkha’s Diner.

For a night out, the legendary Bedford offers live music, comedy and beers. The award-winning The Exhibit has a popular roof terrace.
